Privacy Policy

1. What data we process

Company customer data (company name, users, job settings) and candidate data provided by the candidate during the application process: name, contact information, resume (CV), as well as audio/video interview recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated assessments.

2. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively for candidate screening and assessment within your organization: conducting interviews, generating reports, and making hiring decisions.

3. Storage and security

Recordings and files are stored in Google Cloud Storage (European regions) and encrypted using AES-256. Access is isolated between organizations at the database level using Supabase Row-Level Security. Data belonging to one company is not accessible to other customers.

4. Third-party providers

The service relies on the following subprocessors: Google (Gemini, Cloud Storage, Speech-to-Text), Supabase, and LiveKit. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.

5. Google Calendar Data

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar to Talkruit, we access Google Calendar data necessary to provide the calendar integration. This may include calendar event information such as event title, date and time, event status, and the Google Calendar event link.

We use this information solely to display your Google Calendar events within Talkruit and to provide calendar-related functionality requested by you.

We do not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising or retargeting, or use it for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the calendar functionality of Talkruit.

We do not use Google Calendar data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google Calendar data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the calendar functionality requested by you, to maintain and secure the service, or where required by law.

Talkruit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Talkruit does not use Google Workspace APIs data (including Google Calendar data) to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Any AI/ML features in Talkruit operate only on data you explicitly provide within the product (such as candidate resumes, interview recordings, and transcripts) and never on data obtained through Google Workspace APIs.

You can disconnect your Google Calendar integration at any time and request deletion of associated data by contacting us at hello@talkruit.space.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data is retained while the organization's account remains active or until a deletion request is made. Candidates and companies may request deletion of their data at any time.
